The ingredient that is added at every stage of the brewing process, is time.
First, our brewers spend time choosing the right ingredients.
Because we choose to craft our beers using the authentic, colder process, fermentation typically takes between 7 and 14 days. After this, our lagers are matured at -1 ̊C for at least a further 28 days.
And even when our lagers are ready to leave the Brewery – and we brew 75,000 pints a week, almost four million a year – we invest even more time to check consistency and see if we can make them even better still.
